    Our client, is a highly respected firm based in Seattle with a strong local presence, and is actively seeking experienced leaders in commercial ground up retail construction to join their expanding team.

    Advise at the strategic level at the project conception stage, including prodviding advice on the differenet approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client's overall objectives
    Project Planning, including producing the detailed project plan
    Interfaacing with the client, stakeholders and teammates at all project stages
    Financial management- ensuring prompt client invoicing and utilizing financial system in order to monitor a project's financial status
    Leading and facilitating the overall cross- functional project team
    Monitoring and applying performance management techiques
    Managing chnage control process
    Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regulat meetings and written communications
    Preparing formal project budget progress and other reports
    Quality control- ensuring compliance with quality standards
    Working to construct proposals for new work or variations for existing projects
    The canidate will have experience working on retail construction projects
    In addition our client is looking for someone who is a sef starter with a strong sense of urgency who can take the initiative and drive activities with limited supervision
    Project are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time
    University degree and PMP certification, prefererably in a field related to construction
    Full support needed to grow & enhance project management skills
    Projects based across the Seattle area
