- Issue necessary materials and supplies, including completion of appropriate documents
- Function in the role of shift operations positions
- Interface with appropriate functional departments to prioritize and/or schedule work
- Uses appropriate tooling and equipment necessary to provide and sustain a safe, clean, and productive facility
- Execute both maintenance and test activities required to prevent or limit equipment plant failure and repair that which has failed
- Initiate and/or complete appropriate documentation for accuracy of accounting and/or equipment history
- Identify and correct equipment problems prior to adverse effect on unit performance
- The courses must be at least 3 credit hours with a minimum of 48 contact hours with the professor/instructor.
- The candidate must have completed the courses listed below with a passing grade of a "C" or higher from an accredited college/university or technical institute.
- Candidates will be required to take and pass the MASS Test and also be Hands-On tested to demonstrate knowledge and craft skills to hold a craft specific designation in either electrical, mechanical or instrumentation & controls.
