    This enables us to deliver a superior customer experience in the market. The Employee Success (ES) Operational Readiness Analyst will be responsible for driving operational readiness for our global team as we implement Workday enhancements.

    We support new employees during mergers and acquisitions, as well as expansion into new countries, ensuring an outstanding employee experience. Additionally, you will lead various Employee Success programs, focusing on continuous improvement of processes and controls while maintaining a best-in-class employee experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with HR program leads to identify pain points, apply critical thinking, and innovate solutions.
    • Act as a change agent, analyzing HR processes and leveraging technology to refine or eliminate manual steps.
    • Drive operational readiness by standardizing operating procedures, developing new processes, creating educational materials, and delivering them to support changes.
    • Collaborate with ES People Services to ensure operational readiness at scale for new employees acquired through mergers or new country entities.
    • Analyze data trends and develop action plans using data to support process change, program education, and innovation.
    • Work with global shared services teams to maintain consistency across applicable processes and implement necessary changes.
    • Regularly review and troubleshoot processes and HR data, identifying opportunities for further improvement.
    • Support data analysis work, providing relevant, actionable feedback to project teams on improving core HR programs and operations.
    • BUILD TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING LEGAL AND HR COMPLIANCE, TO UNDERSTAND OBJECTIVES WHILE PARTNERING WITH SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS TO OPERATIONALIZE NEW OR ENHANCED PROCESSES AND PROGRAMS, FOCUSING ON EFFECTIVENESS, EFFICIENCY, AND EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 5 years of experience in human resources, including experience in shared services and/or an HR Operations role.
    • Ability to analyze technical processes and determine the best way to implement and educate on changes.
    • Previous experience with Workday and case management tools preferred.
    • Prior project management experience, managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple competing priorities preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of global HR practices, processes, and programs.
    • Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
    • Problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, and analytical skills required.
    • Experience with relevant HR systems, applications, and tools; metrics, data, and business intelligence tactics; and lean process improvement strategies desired.
    • Ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment.
