Responsible for enhancing and improving the SRIM experience specifically in the Heartful Care for our residents and their families by performing various duties such as supervising self-administration of medication for residents assisting with ADL's meal service light housekeeping laundry speaking to/interacting with residents at all levels of care observing and reporting daily changes in resident health emotional well-being serving assisting residents in dining room daily initiating participating leisure activities maintaining clean safe orderly environment general housekeeping duties ensuring dignified caring atmosphere responding promptly courteously to resident requests effectively communicating language each resident capable understanding ensuring sign out safely secure working environment good body mechanics practices observes reports safety hazards immediately provides assistance associates requested required knows understands follows established policies procedures emergency situations responsible being considered essential personnel emergencies inclement weather works team player associates management accomplishing work assignments demonstrates positive respectful attitude work issues policies procedures at times demonstrates positive respectful attitude residents families visitors associates management at times complies attendance call off policy attends participates trainings inservice mandatory meetings wears clean appropriate dress established dress code policy times refrains discussing resident care issues families visitors refers inquiries immediate supervisor knows understands complies HIPAA regulations assists training new employees assists mentoring new employees takes initiative work seeks additional information offers solutions suggestions without asking takes special projects assignments outside regular duties willingly provides variety housekeeping laundry duties maintaining community orderly clean sanitary condition performs reasonable duties assigned
