    • FULL TIMELocation: Tulsa, OKIn support of ORU's aggressive growth goals, the Admissions Processor
    • Online Programs serves as a vital member of the Online Enrollment team responsible for the integral processing of student data and information, credential evaluation of high school and college transcripts GPAs, official test scores, etc.
    , of Online and Virtual students.

    RESPONSIBILITIES Organizes information and works with Online Enrollment and Virtual recruiting teams, with a direct line to the Academic Registrar of Online and Lifelong Learning to ensure requests for information and applications for university admissions are processed in accordance with departmental and University standards.

    Processes admissions decisions, start term changes, program changes, and other items as needed for incoming Online and Virtual students. Processes credentials, scholarships, and other coding needs as required across programs. Assists in following up with enrolled students who were admitted conditionally and had outstanding admissions credentials. Works with the Online and Virtual Enrollment team to answer questions regarding a student's file. Supervises any student workers as assigned. Assists with special projects and other duties as required.


    REQUIREMENTSEducation:


    High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferredExperience/Skills/Abilities: Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and be able to articulate information verbally and in writing.

    Must have an eye for detail due to the need for accurate record-keeping/recording of personal, monetary, and time-sensitive related information.

    Must be self-motivated, driven to meet goals, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to prioritize. Must have the ability to exercise discretionary judgment. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and time-management skills are a must.

    Must have the ability to work both as a team member and independently; use sound judgment regarding organizational and departmental regulations, procedures, and policies; quickly establish and maintain rapport with students, faculty, alumni, administration, and from varying cultural backgrounds.

    Must be able to prioritize multi-tasks amid a fast-paced, high-demand work environment while always maintaining a professional demeanor. Must remain flexible with regard to external factors that may affect the work schedule. Must have the ability to effectively deal with persons from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Maintains a high level of confidentiality at all times regarding both student records and internally sensitive information.

    Maintains compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).Additional InformationThe position may require overtime outside the normally scheduled office hours including evenings and weekends during peak seasons.
