    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the development, implementation, integration and coordination of organization wide performance improvement, Infection Control, and Clinical Risk Management activities. Assumes a leadership role in accreditation and licensure activities. Works collaboratively with Administration, Medical Staff, Department Managers, and staff in performing duties.

    Qualifications:

    Required qualifications:

    1. Associates in Risk Management (ARM).
    2. Certification in Infection Control (CIC).
    3. Minimum of 1-3 years of Progressive Management/Supervisory experience in Healthcare Performance Improvement.
    4. Minimum of one 1 year experience in Healthcare Risk Management.
    5. Proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Database.
    6. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred qualifications:

    1. Degree in Nursing or Health related field.
    2. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.
    3. Active California RN License or Licensed in related field in healthcare.
    4. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $83,200 to $104,270.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
