Job description
What are we looking for?
Someone to lead and scale our community of 100k+ (and growing) builders.
What will you do?
- Own and operate our public forum:
- Triage, categorize, and summarize user feedback to inform the product roadmap
- Build automations and workflows that make community support fast, scalable, and delightful
- Help users build amazing Hercules apps
- Jump on calls with users to unblock them quickly
- Debug common issues and provide clear fixes or workarounds
- Build lightweight features inside Hercules to solve recurring customer problems
- Run weekly/monthly community events: office hours, hackathons, AMAs
- Create and run a Hercules Ambassador program for top users
- Reward and recognize top contributors
- Facilitate introductions to partners when relevant
What skills do we expect you to have?
- Strong TypeScript programming skills
- Strong AI skills (prompting, agent workflows, debugging AI behavior)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High-energy, creative, and community-first
- Nice-to-have: prior experience running or scaling an online community
What are Hercules' operating principles?

Is Hercules in-office or remote?
Hercules founding team works in-office in San Francisco (Kearny and Bush). We have a very strong preference for in office. We are open to remote for exceptional candidates in US time zones who would be willing/able to travel to the office regularly.

$100k-$250k + equity (depends on seniority, equity, and location)
