- Prepare and cook food following a seasonal European-inspired culinary approach
- Assist chefs, managers, and kitchen leads as necessary

- Follow proper food preparation and handling procedures
- Demonstrate professionalism in high-pressure, intricate scenarios
- Be dependable, punctual, neat, and attentive. Must hold a valid Food Handlers card showcasing foundational food-safety knowledge
- Capable of standing, lifting up to 35lbs, and consistently moving items for 2.5-hour stretches in a refrigerated setting
- Possess advanced culinary expertise and a refined palate
- Willingness to work flexible shifts year-round, including weekend brunches and evenings
- Provide two professional references validating work history
- Minimum 2 years of experience on the line and/or in back-of-house support
- Proficient in knife handling and familiar with back-of-house best standards
- Ability to align with the organizational ethos and objectives centered around delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team
