- Serve as primary contact for core HR processes including employee relations, staffing, reporting, compliance, benefits, and payroll.
- Serve as a strategic business consultant and partner to senior management.
- Coach managers regarding effective performance management and talent improvement processes.
- Advise and counsel managers and employees to achieve positive resolution of employee relations issues.
- Attend union/management meetings and assist with grievance resolution.
- Handle full cycle talent acquisition for manufacturing roles inclusive of sourcing, interviewing, selection, and on-boarding.
- Drive HR projects to successful completion within a timely manner.
- Oversee, interpret, and administer company policies/procedures to ensure the highest level of compliance and integrity across the organization and ensure compliance with local, state, and national employment laws and practices.
- Assist with year-end performance review process and annual compensation planning.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in manufacturing, or logistics.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, recruiting, and payroll.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Core reporting and analytical skills.
- Compensation target base $60-80K, depending on experience.
