    The salary band for this role is:

    $50,000-$70,000 per year (Employee)

    $30-$50 an hour (1099 Contract)

    Years of experience & certifications required:

    Hold a current TN physical therapist license

    Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from CAPTE accredited program

    At least 1+ years of experience, with bonus points for working in a school environment (K-12)
