    7 pm - 7 am shift weekdays and weekends
    average daily census
    Critical access hospital
    Thoracentesis, lumbar punctures, intubation required
    25 shifts per month
    4 admits per day average
    Procedure support from emergency, radiology, cardiology
    Tele-intensivist support available for ICU patients
    We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
    We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
    We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
    Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
