    This is a hybrid role located in one of our clients offices in the New York, New Jersey or Greater Philadelphia area.

    Candidates must be able to travel and work in one of these office locations 2 to 3 days per week.

    Job Overview

    The Senior Market Research Manager will manage and execute all aspects of quantitative pharmaceutical market research projects.

    You will be part of a team where your contributions are recognized and appreciated, and you will be challenged to grow working in a highly collaborative environment as you further develop your market research, management, and client relationship skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage and execute all aspects of quantitative pharmaceutical and biotech projects in various stages of the product life cycle.

    Design typical and advanced quantitative research studies (custom questionnaires, tracking studies, demand, conjoint, segmentation) with a limited overview by senior team members.

    Work on several projects simultaneously.
    Participate in new business development.
    Mentor and train junior team members in various aspects of quantitative research and pharmaceutical industry knowledge.

    Required Skills and Experience

    4+ years of hands-on experience as a market researcher in the pharmaceutical industry.
    Proficient in the design of typical quantitative research studies.
    Strong analytic and communication skills.
    Understanding of qualitative processes, analysis, and report deliverables.
    Bachelors degree
