    Occupational Therapist Role

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an OT, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments treatment.



    This is a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility | Long-Term Care setting. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating personalized care plans, collaborating with the team, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all required physician orders are up-to-date.



    Requirements:

    • Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
    • Certified by NBCOT as an OTR if required by the state
    • Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
