- We are looking for a highly motivated Scientist to develop and conduct biochemical and/or cellular assays in the field of in vitro ADME to evaluate potential therapeutics.
- Prior experience in ADME assays including drug metabolism, drug transporter, CYP450, PPB and measurements of physicochemical properties is required.
- Proficient knowledge of LC-MS, enzyme kinetics measurements, and/or cell culture is highly desirable.
- The scientist is expected to be proficient in assay design, trouble-shooting, and data analysis.
- This position requires working with an interdisciplinary team of medicinal chemists, DMPK scientists, analytical chemists and pharmacologists.
- Experience in ADME assays required
- Perform project communication with client, study director, and project management team
- There are no unusual hazardous conditions in a bioanalytical lab.
