    Description

    The Mechanical Engineer (Process Engineer) will be responsible for:

    1. Equipment and Process Establishment:
      • Establishing the infrastructure and procedural frameworks necessary for the smooth operation of chemical production.
      • Creating the foundation for efficient and safe chemical processing through the setup and configuration of equipment and workflows.
    2. Strategic Initiative Management:
      • Steering and overseeing key projects and endeavors aimed at advancing the overarching goals of the chemical production operation.
      • Directing efforts towards strategic objectives, orchestrating resources and efforts to achieve desired outcomes.
    3. Problem-solving in Processes and Machinery:
      • Tackling issues and identifying opportunities related to both procedural and mechanical aspects of chemical production.
      • Addressing challenges and exploring potential enhancements within the operational and mechanical realms of chemical processing.
    4. Leadership and Production Support:
      • Guiding and nurturing production teams to ensure the efficient and effective execution of tasks and responsibilities.
      • Providing direction and assistance to production staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety.
    5. Establishing Chemical Process Operations:
      • Building and refining the operational protocols and methodologies essential for the successful manufacturing of chemicals.
      • Setting up the operational infrastructure and protocols necessary for the safe and effective handling of chemical processes.

    Profile

    The successful Mechanical Engineer (Process Engineer) will have the qualifications that follow:

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
    • 3+ years of experience working in a chemical engineering environment or PCB manufacturing environment
    • Experience leading multiple projects at a time
    • Experience making chemical baths
