This L&D Nurse Manager role at a beachside 400-bed Trauma designated Teaching Hospital with an on campus Women's and Children's tower delivering about 3,000 babies annually.

This Magnet designated, financially stable not-for-profit, BabyFriendly regional referral Birthcenter, is embarking on a multi-year, significant expansion of Women's & Children's Services and this role will be a key driver with Administrative responsibility for:

• 6 Assistant Nurse Managers and 50 FTE's
• 11 LDR beds, 5- bed Antepartum and 2-OR's
• Opening a 5-bed OBER
• Assisting with the onboarding of additional MD's, Hospitalists, and Nurses as part of the program growth
