    MVA is ideally situated in the suburban Philadelphia area and has been our region's preferred specialty and emergency hospital for companion animals since 1986. Plus, we're thrilled to announce we've recently partnered with Pieper Veterinary in CT, Portland Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care in Portland, ME, and Mass-RI Veterinary ER in Swansea, MA. This partnership of Veterinarian led hospitals are committed to providing the highest level of care in the Northeast.

    Our cardiology service is equipped with a Vivid E95 ultrasound, GE MAC lead ECG, digital radiography, Holter monitor system, AliveCor ECG event recorder, and St. Jude pacemaker interrogator and pacing supplies. Further diagnostic capabilities include onsite MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, I131, endoscopy, arthroscopy, thoracoscopy, laparoscopy, and in-house laboratory capabilities.

    MVA's team is comprised of over 50 doctors in 13 specialties, and an experienced support team of over 200 employees. In addition to cardiology, we offer anesthesia, behavior, dentistry, dermatology, critical care, emergency services, internal medicine, interventional radiology, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, radiology and surgery (including minimally invasive surgery).
