    SALES ASSOCIATE

    The Sales Associates at S&O Wholesale pride themselves on delivering an exceptional standard of customer service, using their extensive knowledge of the products we carry to advise their customers on the "on demand" products that are available to them.

    Working in a busy and fast-paced environment, you will be getting involved with all aspects of the role including generating sales opportunities, merchandising, deliveries and replenishment. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, convenience stores, and other tobacco outlets. You will work closely with our sales team to implement sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    · To maximize sales opportunities by identifying customer requirements, offering "hot" products when appropriate and highlighting promotional items.

    · Processing sales and managing returns and after sales service, efficiently and accurately while maintaining a professional image.

    · Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, upselling products, and securing repeat orders from existing customers.

    · Educate customers on the features and benefits of our tobacco products, including new releases and promotions.

    · To maintain a high level of product knowledge by communicating with our purchasing team.

    · Must have a customer- orientated attitude and be confident, motivated and able to use initiative.

    · Must have a pleasant, helpful and optimistic attitude and ability to form strong working relationships.

    · Ability to work as a valuable team member actively supporting others and having a flexible can-do attitude.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in business or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the tobacco industry or a related field.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Knowledge of tobacco products, regulations, and industry trends is desirable.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
