    Description
    The Blender Operator role involves unloading, loading, and blending fertilizer.
    • Blends and loads fertilizer formulations
    • Maintains conveyor systems
    • Unloads railcars and trucks of fertilizer
    • Maintains cleanliness in fertilizer storage and loadout areas
    • May deliver products to customers as needed
    • Maintains run-off
    • Other work-related duties as assigned by leader
    • Reliable and regular attendance is expected
    Requirements for this position:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • CDL is preferred
    • Must pass drug test and background check
    Skills that contribute to success:
    • Customer service oriented
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Experience with forklift operation
    • Attention to detail
    Work Environment and Physical Considerations:
