    ****What We Are Looking For****

    **We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager who is a goal driven, team player that believes the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. You will be able to understand a customers project and demonstrate to them how our technology can help advance their research. You will utilize your technical skills and sales skills to grow the customer base in the territory as well as reinforce established relationships. Being in the field, you will act as a knowledgeable resource for customers who have questions or product-related issues as well as keep a pulse on market trends and new opportunities. Your outgoing nature and ability to gain buy-in from others will help grow the companys reputation as well as the territorys revenue.**

    ****What You Will Do****

    **Meet and/or exceed company sales goals within given territory through technical knowledge and sales skills**

    **Ability to prospect and establish a call plan for a large geographic territory**

    **Build strong relationships through customer centric interactions**

    **Analyze sales numbers to find new opportunities and emerging trends**

    **Be a great communicator that can help customers understand where we fit into their success**

    **Perform demos and give seminars to customers**

    **Maintain accurate opportunities in the CRM**

    **Qualifications**

    ****What You Will Need****

    **Minimum Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of sales and/or research experience in the life sciences/engineering environment or equivalent combination of education and experiences.**

    **Ability to work independently and have the self-awareness to ask for help when needed**

    **Must possess a valid driver's license, evidence of insurance, ability to receive appropriate clearance to access restricted government accounts, and authorized to work in the U.S.**

    **Ability to Travel 25-50% of the time.**
