    Description

    McFarland Clinic is currently seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for its Marshalltown office. If you're a service-oriented team player who can deliver exceptional care to patients, this might be the perfect fit for you. Responsibilities for this role include:

    • Providing high-quality ultrasound images to Radiologists
    • Assisting with direct patient care
    • Completing departmental tasks such as equipment and room supply checklists
    • Communicating with Radiologists or PCPs as needed
    • Operating Epic and Merge computer systems for patient studies
    • Reading and effectively communicating in English

    Education:
    Completion of an accredited program in diagnostic medical sonography.

    Certification/License:
    • ARDMS certification in Abdomen, OB/GYN (required)
    • RVT (Preferred)
    • American RegDiag Sonography or American Reg Rad Technology in Sonography
    • Current BCLS certification
    Days:As needed to cover vacations and sick leave hours.
    Hours:7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday) as required.
    Experience:1-2 years in the field.
