Our Louis Vuitton Client Service Center in Irving, TX is seeking highly motivated Client Advisors with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our worldly clientele.

The Client Advisor is an ambassador and guide through the Maison of Louis Vuitton You will strive to discover your Clients, delivering the best experience while conveying your delight for the product. If you are someone who has experience working in a client-centric, preferably retail environment, or a strong history delivering exceptional customer service while serving a diverse and elevated clientele, this could be the ideal role for you

We are seeking someone motivated to continuously improve personal performance, possesses the ability to multitask, is technically savvy with excellent interpersonal skills, and has the curiosity to discover and delight our clients. Successful candidates should possess exceptional verbal & written communication skills.

In this Role:

• Consistently handle Client calls and deliver excellent and positive client-centric responses to a range of inquiries and requests including sales and after-sales support
• Achieve individual objectives for Quality, schedule adherence, and other role-specific key performance indicators
• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, using different clientele tools to cultivate Brand loyalty
• Learn and master the Brand and product knowledge

Individuals for this role are required to work onsite at our Irving campus and have a schedule that would include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
