This is a remote position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK** We are a well-funded SaaS start-up in the compliance management, certification, and licensing space looking for an amazing Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team.

This position is fully remote; You are a motivated, customer-driven professional who is passionate about building trusted relationships to maximize retention, ensure product adoption and expansion, and nurture references and referrals.

You love a customer-facing role and appreciate that you can also spend time building what your customers need behind the scenes.

You take ownership of your work, prefer working in a supportive, team environment, and you ask for help when you need it.

Engage in regular, proactive outreach to customers in all stages of their journey - from initial onboarding to growth & expansion and through retention & renewal.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Configure platforms for customers and explain how our platform's functionality can support their business needs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery.
Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree and 3-8 years of experience in B2B customer-facing roles, such as Customer Success or Account Management
Excellent multitasking and project management skills
Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts
Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
