The Director of Data and Analytics will lead the organization's data strategy, analytics initiatives,
and reporting capabilities to drive informed decision-making across all business units.

- Data Infrastructure: Implement and maintain a robust data architecture supporting real-time
analytics and optimized for AI models. - Predictive Models: Develop at least three predictive models annually to improve leasing,
pricing, expense forecasting, and underwriting.
