    What You'll Do

    As a Dock Quality Warehouse Associate, your primary role is to ensure the product accuracy and quality of inbound and outbound freight and keep records on appropriate forms/databases.


    You will be responsible for:
    Receive all inbound loads (purchase orders/transfer orders) and check all outbound loads.

    Prepare the dock area to receive products and supplies from tractor-trailers and ensure the dock area is tidy.

    Receive and inspect all inbound and outbound freight/ product.

    Verify items on receiving and outbound schedule against the bill of lading.

    Ensure the product count accuracy, record the counts on appropriate forms/database, and verify quality and condition.

    Verify the labeling of all materials and product. Identify, label, and store supplies according to specifications and enter purchase order data into the inventory system

    Perform damage control checks on items received.

    Inspect date sensitive items, perform temperature checks.

    Coordinate and/or unload and transport items to designated areas within the warehouse.

    Convey regularly with necessary parties on the company's status on product quality.

    Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.


    Physical Requirements for the role:
    Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
    Must be able to work in various temperatures as cold as -10 °ree;F.
    Qualifications
    High School Diploma
    1 year of experience operating forklift (stand up or sit down)
    Basic Microsoft Word & Excel Skills
    Minimum of a 2 years of shipping and receiving experience
    Previous Warehouse experience in the food industry a plus
    Bilingual Chinese/Mandarin and English is Preferred
