    • Sanford, FLDescriptionHeadquarter Hyundai is currently hiring motivated BDC Representatives to join our busy Business Development team in our new State of the Art Facility.
    We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges.

    The BDR must be a technically savvy individual who understands today's technologies and who can communicate in a clear and efficient way with customers using internet/email, mobile/Smart phones, tablets, etc.

    in order to schedule appointments and demonstrate product features while maintaining an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.

    The ideal candidate has previous sales experience (in any industry), excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills.

    Candidates must have a strong understanding of today's technologies and a strong sales aptitudeRESPONSIBILITIES:

    Answering phones and build client relationships, while delivering exceptional customer serviceSchedule appointments and monitoring customer satisfactionDevelop rapport with prospective buyersMaintain and update inventory for sales on various internet websitesMaintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options and promotionsAttends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as requiredPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsStrong computer/Internet, mobile/smart phone, and social media skillsVerifiable sales performance (any industry)Must be a highly motivated self-started with outgoing, customer-oriented personalityExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
