    V2X is seeking Program and Project Management professionals to provide Facilities and Technical support to our government customer in the DC Metro area, with potential for worldwide travel. Candidates for these roles must be highly qualified, possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret level Security Clearance (minimum), and demonstrate commitment to ensuring safe, reliable, and resilient facilities as well as a superior service experience for all agency employees.

    The Project Manager I (Information Technology (I.T.)) provides general office support to the Government IT Program Managers.

    Performance of this contract includes worldwide travel including the USCENTCOM AOR and other locations as required for completion of tasks directly related to this scope.

    This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

    Responsibilities

    Major Job Activities:

    • Prepare special reports on I.T. infrastructure development under general guidance.
    • Coordinate special projects / actions and programs.
    • Respond to routine and non-routine inquires using standard formats.
    • Provide word processing support using automated data processing office machines, and a variety of software packages to produce standard and nonstandard documents.
    • Advise writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications.
    • Exercise quality control over documents intended for external distribution.

    Qualifications

    Experience / Skills:

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
    • Experience using SharePoint as a collaborative tool and general proficiency in maintaining records in shared folders.
    • Demonstrated effectiveness in professional communications, both verbal and written.
    • Demonstrated experience in supporting I.T. infrastructure development programs.
