Our client a leading Real Estate firm is seeking a Property Accountant to join their team. This role will be responsible for:

Preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements/reporting packages

Perform a wide variety of accounting analyses

Analyze various transactions and identify appropriate accounting treatment

Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger

Reconcile monthly bank statements to the general ledger

Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process cash receipts and prepare bank deposits

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

2+ years of full-cycle accounting either corporate accounting or public accounting

Must have experience with accruals and reconciliations

Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment

Hybrid with 1 day per week in office.
