    As a CDL Driver, your role involves delivering building materials to job sites and warehouses with precision, safety, and punctuality. Enjoy the perk of being home every evening and on weekends as a Driver for us. Collaboration with customers, colleagues, and supervisors is key to ensuring projects meet our quality standards. This position demands patience, reliability, and a team-player mindset to foster strong relationships based on trust and expertise.


    CDL Driver Responsibilities:

    • Deliver building materials (HVAC, Insulation, Roofing) accurately and safely to various job sites and homes
    • Provide top-notch service to customers
    • Check truck loads for accuracy, weight compliance, and proper securing
    • Collaborate with customers and team members
    • Assist in coordinating deliveries and managing inventory
    • Participate in team decision-making; prioritize consensus over individual choices
    • Ensure timely deliveries with a friendly and professional approach

    Requirements:
    • 1 Year of commercial driving experience
    • Valid CDL Class A license
    • Good driving record
    • Pass pre-employment drug screening
    • Ready to pitch in when needed
    • Adhere to company safety protocols
    • Properly operate and maintain equipment
    • Lead by example in your area of expertise
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
    • Familiarity with roofing, HVAC, and mechanical insulation
