Handle internal and client service inquiries, billing, training, and support requests pertaining to Treasury Management products and Online Banking (including but not limited to Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, Zelle), while adhering to client service standards.
Provide technical support to trouble shoot both routine and complex services and communicate timely resolution to clients and internal colleagues, engaging leadership for escalation as needed.
Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of signed client agreements, maintenance requests and cancellation forms.
Structure, coordinate and monitor progress to completion of all implementation and service cases. Document all aspects of client engagement via Salesforce.
Adhere to quality standards with focus on clear and concise notes, accurate case completion, manage SLAs and quality/efficiency metrics based on procedure.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the full suite of Treasury products and services offered.Communicate timely resolutions to clients and internal colleagues as needed.
Role requires collaborative partnerships with Treasury Sales, Relationship Managers, Deposit Operations, Treasury Service, and other colleagues throughout the Consumer Bank.
Experience/ Education/ Skills:
High School / GED required.
Basic knowledge of business banking and treasury services required.
Comprehensive understanding of all treasury products preferred.
Working knowledge of computer and processing skills (email, internet, excel, word)
Fiserv application experience preferred.
Ability to learn all software systems that support call center and treasury management requests, inquires and transactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively problem solve, multi-task/process, and manage time independently.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 USD to $85,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
