- Participating in regular meetings and fostering relationship management with Business Operations groups to enhance spend management.
- Acting as the financial liaison for business partners, addressing inquiries and ad hoc requests.
- Managing the procurement process, overseeing Purchase Requisitions and approvals.
- Providing regular spend reports to the organization's Operations Manager.
- Handling budgeting tasks such as recommits, headcount planning, and PO monitoring.
- Conducting monthly and quarterly financial activities like forecasting and accrual analysis.
- Collaborating with directors and managers as needed.
- Must be based in the PST time zone.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Budget Analysis or Finance within the finance or tech sector.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SharePoint.
- Strong team player with cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in client interactions.
- Independent worker with critical thinking capabilities and a quick learning aptitude.
- Background in the Tech Industry.
- Familiarity with Webex.
