    This role will support the Enterprise Architecture Management Team. The Enterprise architect will work collaboratively with the Enterprise Architecture Management, IT leadership team, and applications/software engineering teams to help shape and support future enterprise-wide IT investments. They are responsible for overseeing the architecture design and development of integration among the business applications.

    The position also entails managing Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and associated activities and reports to Enterprise Architecture Management team. Ensuring compliance with the enterprise change management processes in collaboration with Global Infrastructure teams, applications support teams. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders and application development teams, to help implement and monitor application development stages, and document application integration design & development processes and lifecycle management. They will participate the integration architecture design discussions.

    The I.T. Enterprise Architect Analyst will help review application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration, and integrating industry trends in application architecture. As our Enterprise Architect Analyst, youll play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing robust applications & data integrations across our organization. Youll be the bridge between our multiple ERPs, multiple satellite applications, iPaaS Integration Platform, BI analytics platform, and cloud-based data warehouse solution. Your expertise will also ensure that critical data flows seamlessly, driving informed decision-making and unlocking valuable business insights.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    Understands current business processes, recognizes areas of opportunity, and develops plans to improve business processes.

    Links corporate and department strategic initiatives to actionable Information Technology investment roadmaps.

    Communicates value of strategies and roadmaps to IT and business leadership.

    Works with business partners to develop comprehensive business cases for IT project investment.

    Participates in cross-functional team discussions to identify optimal technology solutions to solve business opportunities.

    Ensures software solutions are in alignment with department and corporate policies and standards.

    Supports application portfolio management for assigned functional areas, and identifies opportunities to leverage existing portfolio applications, eliminate redundancy, and reduce costs.

    Evaluates new technology and understands how it can be leveraged to improve business processes.

    Participates in the design and building of a composable enterprise, ensuring that business capabilities, processes, and services can be orchestrated to meet organizational needs.

    Collaborate with development teams to ensure microservices are properly encapsulated and have bounded contexts.

    Design APIs for microservices and ensure their seamless integration.

    Ensure the application portfolio is aligned with the principles of modularity, agility, and autonomy inherent in a composable architecture.

    Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using Sales/Marketing, ERP APIs, and Databricks ETL/ELT tools.

    Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities and will support IT communication efforts and assess the change impact.

    Education and Experience Profile

    A minimum of a bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline is required. Masters degree preferred.

    Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in composable integration, ETL/ELT development, and data warehousing.

    2 years+ of experience in managing CAB operations in a large organization.

    Demonstrated experience with enterprise data integration technologies, ESB (WebMethods, Boomi, Oracle, IBM, Mulesoft, etc.) is desired.

    Relevant technology skills such as XML, SOAP, QA processes and test-driven development, Web Services, Application development, Informatica, JSON, REST, SOA are desired5.

    Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE etc.), iPaaS Integration Platform (Boomi), Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, etc.), and Snowflake.

    Strong familiarity and Knowledge of ITSM tools (especially ServiceNow), methodologies, and best practices.

    A deep understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and IT service management is crucial.

    Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools is also important.

    Relevant experience in an international and managed services environment

    Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Hybrid work.

    Working conditions are normal for an office/warehouse/distribution center.

    Pay Range: $94,175-$138,123.

    This base salary range is a reasonable estimate for this position at the time of posting. Pay within each range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, to primary work job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. ASSA ABLOY conducts regular review of compensation ranges and therefore reserves the right to alter this range at any given time.
