- Prospect and build relationships with property managers, HOAs, asset managers, and building owners
- Identify and pursue commercial roofing opportunities
- Develop a pipeline of projects through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Establish long-term relationships with ownership groups
- Position Premier Roofing as a trusted exterior restoration partner
- Open doors to new accounts and introduce Premier's services to key decision-makers
- Partner with internal operations and production teams to transition projects from opportunity to contract
- Track outreach activity and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Maintain consistent prospecting activity to drive long-term revenue growth
- 2+ years in business development, B2B sales, or commercial relationship management
- Experience working with commercial real estate, property management, construction, or restoration is highly preferred
- Proven ability to prospect, open doors, and build a pipeline
- Highly motivated, competitive, and self-directed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
- $100,000-$125,000 base salary
