    Description

    Executive Chef

    We are seeking a disciplined, hands-on Executive Chef to lead a high-volume, scratch-driven kitchen. This is a leadership role for someone who protects standards, understands financials, develops teams, and drives accountability.

    Requirements

    • Proven Executive Chef or Senior Kitchen Leadership experience
    • Strong scratch-kitchen background
    • Ability to manage food cost and understand theoretical vs. actual
    • Inventory control and disciplined ordering practices
    • Labor forecasting and productivity management
    • Lead from the line — visible, hands-on leadership style
    • Develop cooks through technique-based training
    • Enforce systems, prep discipline, and station readiness
    • Maintain food safety and sanitation excellence
    • Comfortable driving change and eliminating shortcut culture
    • Collaborative partner with FOH and leadership team
    • No rogue operators — aligned execution and accountability required
