    Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (WBHH) is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team on a full-time basis. As an RBT at WBHH, you will play a vital role in providing psychiatric stabilization and dual diagnosis treatments for children populations. Our mission is to ensure that our patients and their loved ones feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their treatment journey.

    Responsibilities
    • Conduct behavioral assessments under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Implement behavior intervention plans to target specific behavior goals and objectives
    • Collect data.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
    • Assist in crisis management situations, providing support and guidance to patients.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
    • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with behavioral or developmental disorders
    • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
