    Shifts: 7:00pm-7:00am

    Location: 5837 Lyons View Pike, Knoxville TN 37919

    Compensation: up to $83,000 year

    Sign on Bonus (Full-time): RN $5,000

    Your Role in the Organization


    The primary purpose of the job positionis to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise theday-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

    Qualifications:


    • Must have a valid unencumbered nursing license.
    • Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or bewilling to obtain during orientation.
    • Valid RN license in the state of TN.
    • Essential Elements of your Job
    • Lead and support all functions related toquality care for our residences.
    • Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursingassistants.
    • Participate in facility surveys (inspections)made by authorized government agencies.
    • Complete processes and paperwork related toAdmission, transfer, and discharge of our residents.
    • Receive telephone orders from physicians andrecord on the Physicians Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to residentcharts, medication records treatment/care plans, as required.
    • Chart nurse's notes in an informative anddescriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well asthe resident's response to the care.
