    Description

    Our thriving and expanding private practice is seeking a generalist to join our exceptional team at ECU Health, a Level 1 trauma center in NC with more than 920 beds (21st largest in US).

    We would love to show you around our hospital and interview with the team
    ECU Health, one of several medical centers in North Carolina, is the flagship hospital for ECU Health.

    In 2018, ECU Health attained Magnet recognition for the second time, a testament to its continued dedication to high-quality nursing practice.

    Prepares and administers general and regional anesthetics and pain medication, adjusting as needed before, during, and after surgery and other procedures.

    Provides and monitors mechanical ventilation.
    Reacts appropriately to adverse reactions and complications.
    Takes detailed medical history to determine possible allergic or negative reactions to medication.
    Supervises registered nurse anesthetists and other technical staff.
    Mentors and supervises anesthesiology interns, residents, and fellows.
    Anesthesiologist must be board certified / board eligible by the ABA
