  • Job responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership & Planning:

  • Work collaboratively with the Head, Leadership Team, and other organizational stakeholders to lead/support strategic product planning.
  • Develop and lead the overall partnership strategy, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership based on market dynamics, customer feedback, and direct research on site and patient needs and preferences.
  • Drive insights to help inform the group strategy and product roadmap.
  • Market / Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities or threats.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to guide decision making.
  • Respond rapidly to competitive intelligence requests.
  • Work with operations and finance leaders to monitor and report on the financial performance of existing products and partnerships, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop relevant presentations for executive stakeholders related to solutions strategy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including proposals, marketing, IT, innovation, operations, finance, legal and compliance to ensure seamless execution of product and partnership initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional Sites & Patients alignment and collaboration to maximize the impact of existing and prospective solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative work environment.
  • Qualifications

    What we're looking for

  • Requires BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience or equivalent related degree and/or experience, plus significant experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Product innovation and/or strategic development track record.
  • Excellent leadership / management skills and experience, including but not limited to short and long-term planning, evaluation, directing and motivating staff, marketing and fiscal management, values clarification, organizational behavior and development, board / executive team reporting.
  • Effective organizational, presentation, documentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience developing product / commercialization plans and objectives that support the organization's mission and financial goals, while making critical decisions related to changing the direction of the business, is essential.
  • Must have a record of engaging diverse interests for the common good; adept at marketing and able to communicate and work with a diverse group of individuals to accomplish common goals.
  • Highly effective strategic planning, communication, written, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix-structured environment with multiple product lines.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a high stress environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, is required.
