    AQRA Energy is seeking a Transmission Line Senior Engineering Manager for a remote role for a client with offices throughout the United States.


    Responsibilities:

    Project Management:
    Manage projects for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability.
    Directly oversee projects, coordinating proposals and budgets.
    Demonstrate advanced project management skills and techniques.
    Collaborate with Project Controls/Accounting for cost and billing monitoring.

    Technical Work:
    Execute engineering tasks and provide technical guidance.
    Implement effective engineering methods and processes.

    Business Development:
    Cultivate client relationships and secure new projects.
    Act as primary client contact and seek new opportunities.

    Supervision:
    Oversee staff development and career progression.
    Administer policies, evaluate performance, and provide training.
    Manage group processes to align with client needs and company goals.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum 8 years related experience, including 2 years of supervisory/project management experience.
    Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
    Subject matter expertise in electric transmission line design and engineering concepts.
    Proficiency in project management, financial analysis, and relevant software applications.

    Education:
    Bachelor's or higher in Engineering or related field. Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred.

    Desired Experience:
    Proficient in software applications such as PLS-CADD, Microsoft Office Suite, CAD programs, and database systems.
    Experience in diverse project settings, including remote work environments.
    Familiarity with utility rights-of-way and relevant safety standards.
