    TITLE: Director of Facilities

    We are looking for a Director of Facilities to join our growing team.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Managing responsibilities include budgets and contracts with service providers and oversee facility improvement projects.

    • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, preparing for emergencies and natural disasters, and monitoring fire systems for inspections, repairs, and upgrades.

    • Additionally, implement sanitation procedures and protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment, conduct regular inspections and audits, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.

    • Work with Upper Mangement develop and adhere to annual budgets for labor and materials.

    • Review monthly utility reports and providing creative solutions for energy management.



    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or Business Administration.

    • Having professional certifications such as FMP, CEM, or PMP would be advantageous.

    • The candidate should have strong leadership and the ability to coach and develop with excellent project management skills, the ability to plan, design, and manage projects, establish priorities, and work to deadlines.

    • Must oversee facility operations, including repairs, construction projects, budgets, and contracts. They should be able to plan, prioritize, and execute complex projects on time and within budget and understand budgeting, forecasting, and cost control principles.

    • The candidate should have experience negotiating with vendors and service providers and solving complex problems related to facility operations.

    • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and codes is mandatory, and having a White/Black Seal Boiler license is a plus.
