    Industry experts and talent lead the Product Security and Compliance team with 25+ years of experience in the field.     Our organization oversees and guides the company on various areas, including security architecture, engineering, tools, penetration testing, vulnerability management, hardware and software compliance, risk management, incident response, and more.

    We are a highly diverse and globally dispersed team operating in multiple countries and time zones, providing flexibility and work location options. This alignment allows us to become skilled at remote collaboration and flexibility, while also supporting a good work/life balance.

    Your Role

    • Coordinate cross-service security architecture in our product portfolio, ensuring alignment and technical direction for security deliverables within the product.

    • Interface with key stakeholders, including Product Management, to address emerging customer and industry needs.

    • Be passionate about the security industry and emerging technologies, with a bias toward education and collaboration with both senior and junior developers alike.

    • Promote best practices, delivery of emerging technologies in the security space, and serve as an evangelist for our customer and product security posture.

    • Lead the development of security features, improvements, and reduction of technical debt, interfacing with executive leadership, sales, support, and product management.

    • Mentor other software and security engineers and architects.

    What You Will Bring

    • Bachelor's, Master's, and/or PhD degree in Computer Science (preferred) or another technical discipline/equivalent experience.

    • At least 20 years of industry experience or equivalent security and development experience.

    • Solid history of product team leadership and delivery.

    • Strong coding skills desired, although not required for this position.

    • Extensive knowledge of UNIX/Linux.

    • Extensive knowledge of hardware technologies and their relationship with virtualization.

    • Familiarity with OS internals and concepts of distributed systems.

    • Familiarity with x86 architecture, virtualization, and/or storage and network management.

    This is a primarily remote position, with no specific in-office requirement. However, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
