    • 300,000$ base salary
    • Integrated Team-Based Model of Care with CNA's, LPN's, therapists, social workers, and patient coordinators
    • Cases are worked up before physicians see the patient; Average 20-25 patients per day
    • No weekday call requirements
    • 1:5 weekend Call Rotation
    • Ability to incorporate Adult patients as well
