- Ensures operational data is properly captured and maintained to help drive reliability improvements through effective analysis of available data. Regularly monitors performance data and metrics to support continuous improvement measures.
- Manages the overall DA support function to ensure new devices and systems are implemented according to defined schedules and budgets. Ensures thorough provisioning is completed for safe and accurate control and monitoring of field devices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum

Role Purpose:
The Manager – Distribution Operations Support is a department leader with strong operational experience relating to the monitoring and operation of the electric distribution network.
Primary role is to oversee and direct the 24-hour distribution operation control (DOC) center, GIS data services and distribution automation functions in support of all distribution field personnel to deliver exceptional service to Cleco customers.
This involves collaborating with operations leaders to understand the needs of field personnel, and then establishing strategies to continually improve business processes.
Proper staffing levels and an engaged staff are key to this critical business function, including the development and performance management of varying technical team members.
