    The Enterprise Technology Core Systems and Platforms (CSP) team at The Walt Disney Company is responsible for creating innovative and smooth technology experiences. As part of this team, the Workforce Technology (WFT) group focuses on enhancing HR operations.


    WFT is currently seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager specialized in SuccessFactors to collaborate with HR and Enterprise Technology teams. This role involves analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors applications. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a must.


    This position is a 12-18 month Project Hire, offering valuable experience although permanent placement is not guaranteed.

    Responsibilities:
    • Participate in Business Requirements discussions and provide expertise on SuccessFactors system functionality.
    • Translate business needs into system configuration and create solution designs in various SuccessFactors modules.
    • Configure and test the SuccessFactors system hands-on.
    • Contribute to system testing phases and resolve any issues in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
    • Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely deliverables.


    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
    • Prior experience in implementing and consulting on SuccessFactors modules.
    • Experience with SuccessFactors Security and supporting large environments preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively, providing guidance based on best practices.
    • Demonstrated systematic and logical thinking.
    • Ownership mentality and commitment to task completion.


    Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

    The salary for this position in California ranges from $136,038 to $182,490 per year based on various factors. Additional bonuses and benefits are offered depending on the candidate's qualifications and region.
