    About the Role

    We're seeking a detail-oriented Survey CAD Technician to join our team at Bateman Civil Survey. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and preparing plot plans.

    Responsibilities

    • Research and download deeds, plats, FEMA flood information, zoning information, and more.
    • Prepare work for field crews, including boundaries, topographic surveys, final surveys, and residential house staking.
    • Organize digital project folders and draft data observations collected by field crews.
    • Communicate with field personnel, management, and clients.
    • Create and edit CAD files, complete redlines, and perform various survey tasks.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Land survey experience or basic knowledge of field and office tasks.
    • AutoCAD Civil3D experience required.
    • Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and a dependable attitude.
    • Ability to organize and focus on multiple tasks.
    • Humble and willing to give and take directions.
