    A self starter, highly motivated and pleasant individual to take on a lead role as a customer service representative. The ideal candidate would be someone with prior experience with an insurance company or agency with knowledge of how to handle inquiries for P&C insurance clients.

    Responsibilities

    Client Interaction: Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner to address inquiries and provide support.

    Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy documentation, changes, and renewals.

    Claims Support: Collaborate with customers and insurance carriers to resolve claims inquiries.

    Problem Solving: Analyze client requests and provide effective solutions to meet their needs.

    Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.


    Requirements

    Insurance Knowledge: Must be P&C Licensed and have prior experience with an insurance agency/company and an understanding of insurance policies and procedures.

    Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

    Customer-Focused Attitude: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

    Detail-Oriented: Display meticulous attention to detail when handling client information and data.

    Positive Attitude: Bring a positive and inviting demeanor to create a warm and welcoming customer experience.
