- Safely operate and maintain a kitting machine or work from a manual packaging table to accurately assemble product and meet/exceed predetermined quotas.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace as well as maintenance assigned equipment,-proactively record/report any issues or identify possible future concerns to warehouse leaders.
- Possess professional customer service communication & listening skills-Aptitude to work with industrial/engineered parts such as fasteners hardware special parts-General understanding production lines warehousing operations production schedules-Proactive organizational problem-solving abilities-Passion accuracy quality continuous improvement-
