PURPOSE OF JOB :
To perform CT procedures on inpatients, out patients and emergency room patients, utilizing clinical skills, knowledge and competencies of the CT technologist position

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
1 Maintains clinical competency in the CT Technologist position requirement.
Provide patient care for all of our customers by performing CT procedures as prescribed by aPhysician.3. Compile and maintain patient records and schedules4. Check physician's order and verify what procedure will best help diagnosis the patient.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education:
Graduate of an accredited programCT Registered/CT registry eligible All registry eligible associates must become registered within six monthsExperience: One year experience in the CT field Prior experience with the helical scanner preferred

Computer skillsOrganizational skills Interpersonal skills (communication, good listening, negotiating) Personal growth Current BLS certification Training time required once hired; 4-6 months.
