Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager with the skillset of a Technical Delivery Manager, to lead our CMS innovations, particularly dealing with WordPress.
This role, based in the United Kingdom / United States, is pivotal in our mission to become a technology leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced CMS and WordPress Management:
Demonstrate deep understanding of WordPress and other CMS platforms. Lead technical delivery, focusing on innovation and quality across our CMS operations.
Proven Digital Project Delivery:
Oversee multiple digital projects simultaneously, including complex website design, stakeholder prioritization, and monetization strategy.
Agile Methodology Expertise:
Employ agile methodologies and sprint work for efficient project management. Oversee development processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Team Building and Leadership:
Build, lead, and mentor teams focused on CMS-related tasks and initiatives, developing effective task force/pod/group structures for project execution.
Solutions-Focused Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and develop solutions to complex CMS challenges.
Collaboration with Developers:
Work closely with developers, enhancing their understanding of the business objectives and the importance of their work.
SEO and SEM Strategy Integration:
Collaborate with SEO and SEM teams to ensure CMS strategies are optimized for search marketing.
