    Our Client which is a large Payroll Org is urgently looking to hire a Sr. GEN AI Developers

    Sr. GenAI Developer (2 Roles)

    Location: Alpharetta, GA

    Hybrid – 3 Days work from office

    No Third Party ( C2C or Resumes from Vendors.

    Face to Face is Required. ( Please do not apply if you cannot go for inperson Interview )

    Major Skills - Hands on Python Development, GEN AI Tools, Experience with LangChain and LLM, MCP (Model Context Protocol).

    We are seeking two GenAI Developers to join our AI Tools team, focused on building advanced integrations and connectors across leading Generative AI platforms. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in Python, MCP-based systems, and working with large language models in multi-agent environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop GenAI-powered integrations and connectors for enterprise use cases.
    • Build and enhance platform-specific connectors for tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI.
    • Implement and manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent-based communication patterns.
    • Work with LLMs, agent-to-agent protocols, and orchestration frameworks to enable intelligent workflows.
    • Collaborate closely with the AI Tools team to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and governance standards.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Strong Python development skills.
    • Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
    • Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
    • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or other GenAI platforms.
    • Practical knowledge of agent-to-agent communication protocols and multi-agent systems.
    • Experience building APIs, connectors, or platform integrations.

    Nice to Have / Bonus Skills

    • Experience integrating with Google Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI APIs.
    • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
    • Experience working in an AI platform or AI tools team.
    • Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments and integration architectures.
